The second edition of the IFB Masterclass Biotechnology is set up to help managers, entrepreneurs and starters in translating their biotech inspirations into successful business ideas. The class focuses on the managerial and entrepreneurial skills for those who approach biotechnology in a entrepreneurial way.
The class treats subjects like intellectual property management (patent portfolio, patent life cycle, licensing and litigation), models of financing (3Fs, government, VC, IPO …), financial management, communication, legislation and regulation (national, European, EMEA), negotiation skills and deal making … all within the framework of the biotech business.
