The second edition of the IFB Masterclass Biotechnology is set up to help managers, entrepreneurs and starters in translating their biotech inspirations into successful business ideas. The class focuses on the managerial and entrepreneurial skills for those who approach biotechnology in a entrepreneurial way.
The class treats subjects like intellectual property management (patent portfolio, patent life cycle, licensing and litigation), models of financing (3Fs, government, VC, IPO …), financial management, communication, legislation and regulation (national, European, EMEA), negotiation skills and deal making … all within the framework of the biotech business. - Cancellation are only accepted in writing. Costs can be charged in case of cancellation between 3 and 1 month before the start of the course: 25 % of the seminar cost is due then. If cancellation less than 1 month before the start of the course, the full seminar cost will be charged plus part of the due hotel costs. Absence will not be reimbursed. An absent participant can be replaced by a collegue after notification of IFB.
